NOAH ONDIK

IS A GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND ANIMATOR BASED IN PITTSBURGH, PA.

Noah Ondik was born in Beaver County, Pennsylvania on February 27, 1997, an area recognized as the site of both the largest hepatitis A outbreak and eleventh deadliest aviation disaster in the history of the United States.

As a child, Noah would often draw pictures and watch cartoons to avoid the harsh sunlight that lurked outside. Noah became so fond of drawing pictures that he joined his high school’s art club once he was older. It was around this time that Noah was able to distract himself from how uneventful his hometown was by watching obscure pretentious movies and Japanese cartoons that ignored both the laws of physics and anatomy from the safety of the dark harbor that he called a bedroom.

The combination of Noah’s interest in art and the inspiration prompted by such pieces of media caused Noah to attend a nearby art school known as Point Park University and pursue a degree in animation and visual effects.  A few years into school, Noah was given the opportunity to intern at a downtown Pittsburgh production studio known as Animal Studio and learn from the animators and motion graphics artists that worked there. Once this was completed, Noah hopped over to the marketing department of Allegheny County’s parks department as a part time animator and graphic designer while he freelanced on the side.  This is all Noah’s life has been (so far).

MISSION STATEMENT: To create things that inspire people to tap into their own creative potential and in turn use that to make the world a less disgusting place.
